ASK THE ELDERS: Intergenerational Dialogue

January 14, 2014

A Call to Gay, Lesbian, & Trans People Of All Ages And Their Allies

In March 2013, the Gay Elder Circle called a community meeting to begin planning an on-going, grassroots and community-based afternoon of intergenerational conversation.  We have been meeting routinely since then to lay the groundwork for such an effort.

You are warmly invited to join us for an afternoon of highly-interactive, sizzlingly-intelligent, and critically-needed conversation across generations.

"Given half a chance, the youth will take their steps

and trust the river of life.  The bigger question may

be whether a village can be created that can truly accept

and receive them.  Those who wish to work as mentors or

elders have to keep one eye on the youth–and another on

conditions in the village."
