LA PRIDE 2011: New Key Sponsors Announced

Christopher Street West is excited to welcome Toyota, AT&T and Bacardi as three new key sponsors who join over 30 corporate, media and community partners in making the 41st annual LA PRIDE celebration an event our entire community can be proud of.     

On Friday, June 3, 2011, Toyota will join CSW to present the inaugural LA LGBT Heritage Month opening ceremony being held at Los Angeles City Hall. 

"Toyota is incredibly proud and excited to support the 41st annual Los Angeles PRIDE celebration. It is a real privilege to be part of such a meaningful event, joining hundreds of thousands of others to celebrate all that the LGBTQIA community has accomplished and also to acknowledge that the work for full equality is far from over," said Robert Palme, Leadership Committee Chair, Spectrum.

"Additionally, we applaud Mayor Villaraigosa's proclamation that June is LGBT Heritage Month and we are particularly honored to join him in paying tribute to the LGBTQIA leaders and countless unsung heroes."

This year, AT&T also joins CSW to present the LA PRIDE Mainstage. This key element of the celebration will host world class acts including Grammy-winning artist Estelle, the outrageous Margaret Cho, dance-diva CeCe Peniston, America's Got Talent favorite Prince Poppycock and the high-energy hometown boy, Sam Sparro.
