O!burger, West Hollywood’s first fast food burger house using only certified organic ingredients, launched its flagship outlet at 8593 Santa Monica Boulevard in the heart of West Hollywood with a ribbon cutting by Mayor Pro Tem Abbe Land.

O!burger aims to revolutionize L.A.’s fast food marketplace by offering a quick, tasty and healthy alternative for Angelenos on the go.

From grass fed beef to free range turkey to hot dogs, salads and French fries, the menu at O!burger offers the tastiest and healthiest options available to hungry locals.

That’s because every ingredient is 100% certified organic.

“At O!burger, we’re giving diners the chance to have a delicious yet healthy and nutritious meal in a short time at a reasonable price – because more and more that’s what their busy lives require,” said co-owner and head chef Andy Soboil.

“From Ray Kroc to Alice Waters, California has a long, rich history of launching exciting and groundbreaking restaurants,” said co-owner Martha Chang.

“With O!burger we hope to combine the best practices of these visionaries and offer diners the greatest possible eating experience.”

By using grass fed beef, O!burger’s meat, she says, “is rich with omega 3, beta carotene, vitamins A & E and CLA, a newly discovered “good” fat.

The delicious veggie burgers come from a proprietary recipe made of spinach and corn.

Even the delicious shakes are healthy made with Aseel dates, bananas, chocolate and live culture yogurt.

And beyond the food, O!burger is doing everything it can to remain eco-friendly including packaging that’s recyclable, compostable or biodegradable and cleaning products that are green and non-toxic.

Even the paint on the walls is eco-friendly!

The lines formed quickly to get the first organic burgers fresh off the new grills.

Ms. Chang told WeHoNews the idea came from her desire to find organic fast food while out and on the go.

“It’s so hard to find organic anything while you’re out shopping or running errands,” she said. “This has been a lot of work, but it’s worth it to have a place for people who eat organic to eat well.”
